I hate to sweat. It is my number 1 excuse for not working out. If I start working out, I will be so sweaty, I'll need to take a shower and I'll need to change my clothes. I really sweat when I work out. Once I am working out, I don't care about the sweat. I welcome it. It is just getting started. The main reason I workout at night is, so I can take a nice hot bath afterwards. If my muscles are sore, the hot water really helps. I know it is better to workout in the morning but I just can't seem to do it. I decided to have a seperate pair of shorts and tank top for my workout. I want to buy a workout outfit as a reward to myself when I lose at least 10 pounds. When I was working, a group of us decided we would climb stairs on our breaks. I was at the computer all day, so they gave us two 15 minute breaks, one in the AM and one in the afternoon. Great! 30 minutes of calorie burning. But I sweat too much. I couldn't feel comfortable if I sweat in the clothes. Also, I broke out in a rash after excercising. All those toxins coming out through my pores. So I had to give up the stair climbing. I did try some yoga on my breaks though. Good stretching for one who had to sit at the computer and type all day. SWEAT! The bodies air-conditioning. I noticed on the Biggest Loser, Bob will say, "Look at all that sweat on you!" so it's a good thing to sweat. I just have to sweat when I can take a shower as soon as my workout is over.
