If so, my question is for Jillian. When do I know when to advance to your second level of your 30 Day Shred? What's the average time line?
My second question is also for Jillian, can you please tell me more about the hormonal issues surrounding having one less ovary/tube. Like what Britt has? I had my left ovary and tube taken out along with a 13inch (large grapefruit I was told) size of a cyst, as an emergency surgery. What does that incident have to do with making losing weight possibly more difficult?
I thank you from the bottom of my heart. The show has inspired me to get moving! I also want to know if Bob and Jillian will ever go on tour and come to Canada! Need to make Calgary, AB at stop on your tour!
