Well, it's been a whole week of committing myself to my program of watching what I eat and working out - which three days a week it occurs at 5:30am. I am not a morning person so I am very proud of myself for that.
I have lost almost 4 pounds in the past week. I know some of it is water weight - but I am also positive that these pounds are gone for good. I feel great, my muscles feel more toned and working well. No aches or pains and I am actually enjoying myself with everything I have done this week.
I downloaded Bob's podcasts on the Biggest Loser website and listened to them while walking on the treadmill this morning.....boy, did the time fly. I am going to continue to listen to them until I have absolutely memorized every word Bob says. Plus, I think it's beneficial to hear that 'trainer's' voice.....feels like he is there pushing me. I recommend it to anyone who hasn't downloaded them yet and uses an IPod for their workout.
Well, back to the grind.....and the new me!
