Cardio cravings
When do the cardio cravings begin? I have food cravings, sugar cravings, chocolate cravings. When oh when will I crave cardio? I am a member of www.sparkpeople.com and I am learning to commit to workouts thanks to my team and the challenges we have. But I want to desire it not just know that I need it and do it. Help!
