You are on your way!!!! don't get too discouraged, just look at it as a hill to climb, you didn't think there wouldn't be one? I am envious, I only average about a 5 lb. per month loss. Keep on going, you're doing great!

Holly, First of all you have to remember that the scale is not the only measurement of your success. I am sure that you are losing inches - get out that tape measure! Your cardiovascular system most definitely has gotten healthier - you can probably climb up more flights of stairs than you could a month ago! I bet your skin has a beautiful glow and your hair a healthy sheen. STOP thinking about weight loss in terms of the scale. Just keep doing your workouts and eating healthfully and one day you will jump on and those numbers will have dropped. Hang in there and keep at it. You have done an awesome job and will continue to do so. ~Lee
