Hi.  Just wanted to let folks know the study was done and the results for the 10 fittest Cities in America, and the 10 fattest Cities are in March's issue of Men's Fitness magazine.  I was surprised at the number one fittest which happens to be Colorado Springs, Colorado.  Last year they were ranked third.  Kudos to you!

On the other hand, the #1 fattest city happens to be Las Vegas, NV.  This makes the second year they ranked #1 for fattest city.  What surprises me is that #2, 3, 4, 5 and 10 all happen to be cities from the state of Texas.  There is also a 6 page article which happens to be worth reading because it states how some cities really take pride in being fit and also ensure there are events people can participate in among other things.......Ricky3107

Blue won the trip to vegas, but the black team kicked butt at the weigh in. Brittany realy surprised me, I didn't think she would stick out the tread mill with Jillian. Way to go Britt!!! Jillian really is kicking butt in the gym and it payed off. I didn't think Mark would keep his word and go home. It was only fair, after all he said he would go if he didn't lose the weight. Roger lost more and he deserved to stay. Next week is everyone for themselves. what a twist!! I wish it would have stayed couples for the whole season. The blue team may have mostly girls but they are pulling good numbers and proving that women can lose just as mucn as the men. Kelly looks great!!! I hope she is the biggest loser this season. I'm glad Jay kept his shirt on last night. Those man boobs are gross!!! Don't count out the black team just yet.

Even though the blue team won a trip to sin city, they were able to keep on track except Dan missing one of his work outs because he elected to sleep in.  When it comes to physical challenges, the black team cannot compete with the blue team.  The black team members do not have the strength that the blue team members possess.  It was great seeing the black team win the weigh-in at least because the blue team had already won a future trip to Puerto Rico. 

I think it's best for the blue team not to win any trips that may cause them to lose their focus because they were not shown to be working out much the week they were allowed to go home.  

Since the black team still has 4 players remaining, I'm looking forward to see what impact this may have for next week's weigh-in.  Until then...Ricky3107

Would anyone know the significance of the Pink & White Wristbands being worn by the contestants this season?  They started a number of weeks ago, and they're still wearing them......any info/insight that could be passed along would be greatly appreciated!  Thanks

i watch the biggest loser every week. I dont really understand the reasoning for ganging up on paul. I saw that he did not do well with going home and he totaly blew off his diet. I thought he was an asset to the team. I thought Maggie would be voted off. I love the show and I am thinking either Jay or Mark will win this season. I would love to see a woman win and I am pulling for kelly. I think she is diong great. I hope Jillian really works their butts off this next week. I think they may be going back to the elimination room because the blue team has all the guys who are droping huge numbers. Am I wrong for thinking paul should have stayed??
