And the reason we are passing notes about it like high-schoolers is that Danko thinks we might have a security breach. Apparently when Danko's analysts started looking at the websites, bursts transmissions began exiting the government firewall, always exactly 200 characters: probably some kind of Trojan virus, maybe even something that we'd picked up from one of the websites.
