I was wondering if anyone could help me. I watched one of the epsidodes where there was 13 million dollar cases. The lady that was on the show had a husband that was afraid of heights and he was put on a platform and it was raised each time she opened a case that had a million dollars, was the show completed I failed to watch the following show and would like to know how much she won. The show aired last night and I am really upset by what I saw. I sent an e-mail to NBC and will be interested to see if there is any response. She went down to three cases (2 and her #8). The board has $200 and two $1,000,000 left. She chose case #22 and the camera showed case #22 lit up. Then the camera went to Howie and he began saying how if that case had the $200 it would be a first in the show; she would be guaranteed the million. The camera showed several other shots of the audience and her family, etc. Then it appeared to me that there was a cut (edit) in the tape and the camera went back on her and she said, "Case #7" and Howie said to open case #7. It contained one of the million dollars. The banker called and offered her $400 thousand something (sorry, I was so upset I didn't pay attention to the actual amount). She stated that leaving with that kind of money to her was not losing. So she took the deal. They brought her baby on stage and while she held her she told Howie that she believed her case had the million. Sure enough case #22 had the $200 and her case had the million. My point is: why was the switch made?
