I'm glad you started the group. We all need support. I usually diet quietly and don't tell anyone so that "when" I fail, no one else will know. But this time I'm going all out! I created a site on myspace to chronicle my and my friend's journey to lose weight. http://thinwithin.spaces.live.com and hope many will visit it. It is a journey that we all need to take together - not alone. Have a great journey this year!
