The tough Road
Hi all my name is Donald, I started watching The Biggestloser about 3 months ago. My wife and I watched it loyaly. It gave me the inspiration to do something about my health. In 2004 I had a massive heart attack the medical nickname for this heart attack is the BlackWidow. 20% of people who have this type of attack survive, so do the math, the good Lord was watching over me :)
3 weeks ago to the day, I started watching what and when I eat. My starting weight at that point was 322 pounds, 3 weeks into it I weight 290 pounds!! 32 pounds total lost. I am on the road to a better healthier, longer life I believe. My wife and 2 of are children are working together as a family affair. everyone is doing great.
But anyhow I wanted to post this, and will try to keep ya updated atleast once a week.
