all houses, at some point in the future, will Summit Realty http://www.luckymountainhome.com/ deteriorate to the point of condemnation & being torn down...the housing market wont stabilize until we unwind the past quarter century of "mania" based on Summit Realty homes http://www.luckymountainhome.com/summit_county_real_estate/ as "investments"... the only reason houses seemed to increase in value was because of inflation, ie, the dollars they were "valued" in became worth less at a faster rate...absent Summit Realty dollar inflation, houses depreciate just like cars...and most cost more to upkeep than
