You started where I am at right now. Until you started on your journey I couldn't or wouldn't see my own weight problem. I kept saying well I haven't have to buy bigger pants in a couple of years. I am so unhealthly and lazy that I am having a really hard time getting myself up to get started.
I have the plans all worked out in my head but my body is not working with me to carry out those plans.
I have battled with depression which think caused the depression which did not help the depression. I have 2 collapsed vertabreas in my lower back. The dr. says weight lose would greatly help my back problems I just can't do a lot of the physical things that you had done on the show. I know that starting slow is my best bet but can you offer any other ideas?
Food intake is another one of my problems that I am getting a grip on. I used to have a habit of going out to a different restaurant every week day for lunch. Wether it was chiense, mexican, italian, subway, mcdonalds, burger king, taco bell. But thankfully I quit my morning job and that ment my husband has control of the checkbook again and I can't got out any more. That is how I have lost my first 10 pounds in the past month. NO MORE DINING OUT.
Well I could keep going but I know you have a million of these to read.
CONGRATS on your lose! You look amazing! I hope that someday I can get that close to my goal.
