Its rays can also damage your eyes more than if you stared at the sun on a regular day

A solar eclipse might have just the right levels. And instability may occur as well with those ho develop the powers, they may even develop the radiation related like with Charlie Andrews and her blood clot in her brain, I "think" someone suggested it was related to her power, not sure that was a while ago but i tend to have a good memory, like her. @_@
